Do I need to book an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome too. Though we strongly recommend to book in advance, especially on Fridays and weekends. Best to reach us is through WhatsApp or Phone calls at (+65)8877 8800 and online booking.
I have bleached hair and I want to do rebonding or have it permed. Is it possible?
Hair consultation needs to be done. Bleached hair cannot be permed nor rebonded but there are some situations that it’s still doable. So prior visit to check your hair is needed.
How do I choose the right treatments and products?
We offer complimentary consultations with our experts, and we will recommend what’s best for you. Whether you are looking for a nail care, or have specific needs for your hair.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, GrabPay, and Alipay.
Do you accommodate late arrivals?
We pride ourselves on providing exemplary service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late, you will need to inform the salon. However; as a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes and still no show nor update, we will cater to the next customer.
Is there a consultation fee?
Consultation is FREE. Visit us from Monday- Thursdays, we’ll be happy to check your hair/scalp for you.
